Sign up with the email for the Google Account you use in Google Play. Developers paste that address into Play Console — TestLoop does not verify Google Account status.

How it works
Tester
- Sign up with the email for your Google Play account
- Join an app from Available to test
- Submit three check-ins (48-hour, 7-day, 14-day) — screenshot + feedback each. Not automatic.
- +1 credit after the 14-day check-in — not when you join
- Earn 12 credits → switch to developer
Developer
- Sign up with the email for your Google Play account
- Standard: first listing free (joins not guaranteed); each extra app costs 12 credits
- Submit name + Google Play closed-test join link
- Priority (optional): one-time payment per app — sort boost only; not a fill guarantee; add anytime from the dashboard
- Copy tester emails → Play Console (or Google Group, then Play)
- Testers finish check-ins → export feedback CSV

Same product for testers either way — credits, check-ins, and Play links work identically.
Available to test shows Priority listings first, then other apps alphabetically by name. It is not a rotating queue. TestLoop does not guarantee that testers will join your app or finish the 14-day check-in period.

Free first listing
- Your first app listing is free and appears in Available to test for signed-in testers.
- Testers choose which apps to join. Participation and completed 14-day check-ins are not guaranteed.
- Earn credits by finishing check-ins on other apps; spend credits to list additional apps.
- Slot capacity is up to 12 active testers per app — capacity is not a promise that seats will fill.
Priority
Optional sort preference
Optional one-time payment per app.
- Priority is an optional one-time payment per app that moves your listing higher in Available to test.
- Priority changes sort order only. It does not guarantee joins, completed check-ins, or Play approval.
- Add from your dashboard after you list — no obligation at signup.
Most teams start with the free listing, then add Priority only if they want higher placement in the list. You can upgrade one app at a time.
