TestLoop collects: account data (email via Supabase Auth), usage data (credits, role, assignments), and milestone screenshots. For paid testing packs we also store UPI IDs needed to pay India testers, and payment metadata via Razorpay (we do not store full card numbers). We do not sell your data.

Delete your account

You can delete your account from Settings → Privacy → Delete account. You must be signed in and re-enter your password. We remove your login and personal profile data (email, UPI). We attempt to remove screenshots associated with your account when you delete your account. If we cannot confirm that all screenshots have been removed, we will notify you after deletion. Some screenshots may remain accessible through their public URLs. We keep closed campaign structure (apps marked completed, assignments/milestones without your email) and payment processor references when present for operational integrity. Exact long-term retention windows for payment metadata are subject to owner/legal policy.
