Terms of Service

By using TestLoop, you agree to:

  • Provide honest feedback when testing apps — real testing only, not a compliance shortcut
  • Not abuse the reciprocity system (e.g. fake completions, credit farming)
  • Use the platform for its intended purpose (Google Play closed testing with genuine engagement)

We reserve the right to remove users who violate these terms. Credits and data are managed at our discretion.

When TestLoop offers paid testing packs, you buy paid testing labor and written feedback from India-based testers who complete TestLoop milestones. You still paste tester emails into Google Play Console. Google alone decides production access and closed-testing compliance.

We do not sell and do not guarantee:

  • A fixed number of Play Console opt-ins that Google will count
  • Production access, store listing approval, or consecutive-day compliance
  • “Approved or money back,” or refunds because Play rejected or delayed an app

Fill SLA. After payment, TestLoop aims to fill the pack size (N) within 72 hours. If fewer than N testers have joined on TestLoop by then, you may receive a partial refund of ((N − joined) / N) × pack price for unfilled seats. Joined means TestLoop seats, which can differ from Play Console opt-in timing. Payment-processor fees on the original charge are absorbed by TestLoop on that partial refund (the formula uses pack price, not net of fees).

Other refunds. We may refund payment errors or duplicate charges. We do not refund because Google rejected the app, opt-in days looked different in Play Console, or feedback quality disputes beyond the pack’s stated process.

Testers (cash track). Paid-pack assignments pay cash (target ₹350 after Day 14 + accepted written feedback), not TestLoop credits. Payouts are India UPI via our payout provider. You must provide a valid UPI ID; the provider may require KYC. We may reject low-quality or incomplete feedback (one fix window when offered). Declining an invite or failing milestones means no payout.

Free track. “Available to test” credit-based testing remains separate. The same person cannot earn cash and credits on the same app.

Priority listing (if offered) is a separate product from paid testing packs; buying one does not include the other.
